About the Role

We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager with robust sales experience to join our expanding team. In this strategic role, you will bridge the gap between operational efficiency and commercial growth, ensuring our business scales smoothly while delivering exceptional value to our clients and partners across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily operations across sales, distribution, and warehousing functions.
- Drive aggressive sales targets and collaborate closely with the sales team to improve market coverage and customer satisfaction.
- Manage distributor and retailer relationships to ensure continuous product availability and timely delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and order fulfilment to minimise stock-outs and operational losses.
- Develop and implement operational policies, processes, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve overall efficiency.
- Prepare comprehensive performance reports and support executive management with data-driven recommendations.
- Manage operating budgets and proactively control costs across the entire operations function.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate operations and sales support staff to foster a high-performance culture.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and health and safety standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in an operations or management role, with a proven track record in sales and meeting or exceeding targets.
- Prior working experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in distribution management, inventory control, and supply chain coordination.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel; hands-on experience with ERP or inventory management systems is a distinct advantage.
