We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our growing team in Nigeria. This role is designed for a career-driven individual eager to gain practical, hands-on human resources experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the human resources team with end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, resume sourcing, and candidate screening.
  • Support the seamless onboarding of new hires, ensuring all employment documentation and contracts are accurately completed.
  • Maintain, update, and manage confidential employee records and HR databases.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support for various HR functions and staff engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing routine HR reports, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Collaborate with senior team members on special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of an HND or BSc in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and administrative skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace is an advantage.
  • A passionate willingness to learn and build a long-term career in human resources.
  • Prior internship experience or current/recent NYSC service with an HR focus will be considered a strong advantage.
