About the Role
Wertvoll Consulting Services is a premier hospitality consulting firm headquartered in Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria. Specializing in optimizing asset value and driving operational excellence for hotels and resorts, we are currently seeking a visionary and results-driven Head of Rooms Division to lead our accommodation operations. Led by Principal Consultant Mazi Collins Ugochukwu Nwangwu, our firm delivers tailored interventions that transform underperforming assets and scale high-growth hospitality brands nationwide.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all front office, housekeeping, and guest services operations to ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction and service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategic room revenue optimization initiatives in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.
- Manage operational budgets, labor costs, and inventory control to maximize profitability across managed properties.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate room division staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement and hospitality excellence.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement immediate corrective actions to resolve service recovery issues effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and brand standard regulations across all hotel properties.
- Minimum of a Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven extensive experience in rooms division management within luxury hotels or reputable hospitality establishments.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a strong track record of managing multicultural teams and improving operational efficiency.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of hotel property management systems and industry best practices.
