About the Role
Hilton Hotels & Resorts is seeking a charismatic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our bar operations, spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by crafting memorable beverage experiences for our international and local guests.
Key Responsibilities- Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Hilton recipe standards and guest preferences.
- Maintain immaculate bar operations, ensuring adequate stock of beverages, glassware, and fresh supplies.
- Process guest transactions accurately and efficiently utilizing our point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Monitor product quality, manage inventory levels, and minimize waste.
- Handle challenging guest situations professionally, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and responsible drinking environment.
- Adhere strictly to local health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
- Proven professional experience as a Bartender, preferably within an international hotel or high-end restaurant setting.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Deep knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and beverage trends.
