We are currently seeking a dedicated and visionary Head of Qur'an, Arabic and Islamic Education to lead our spiritual and academic initiatives across our multi-campus institution, ensuring excellence in both traditional Islamic sciences and character development.
Key Responsibilities- Provide visionary leadership for the Qur'an, Arabic, and Islamic Education departments across all school sections.
- Design, implement, and monitor a robust curriculum that integrates rigorous Islamic scholarship with modern pedagogical approaches.
- Mentor and guide teaching staff, ensuring the deliberate practice of tarbiyyah and high standards of instruction.
- Maintain strong relationships with learners and families, honoring the institutional trust placed in our educational community.
- Oversee assessments, curriculum enhancements, and extracurricular Islamic programs to foster spiritual and intellectual growth.
- Extensive background in Islamic Education, Arabic Language, and Qur'anic Studies with recognized professional credentials.
- Proven leadership experience in an educational institution, demonstrating authority exercised with amanah and fairness.
