Key Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive syllabi, lesson plans, and educational content that align with both Nigerian and British curriculum requirements.
- Deliver engaging STEM lessons, supervise laboratory sessions, and facilitate practical science demonstrations.
- Assess student needs, strengths, and weaknesses to structure tailored lessons, providing extra support or advanced tasks as needed.
- Maintain transparent communication channels with students, parents, and the Head of Department regarding academic progress.
- Participate actively in school meetings, professional development workshops, and co-curricular field trips.
- Bachelor's degree in any science-related or humanities field.
- Relevant teaching certification and familiarity with the Nigerian and British curricula.
- Strong ICT proficiency, with programming experience considered a significant advantage.
- Demonstrated expertise in classroom management, student discipline, and innovative teaching styles.
