In this role, you will inspire young learners by delivering a dynamic blended Nigerian and Cambridge curriculum within a supportive and innovative academic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver engaging daily lesson plans aligned with national, local, and school English language standards.
- Teach core English skills, including reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, phonics, comprehension, and vocabulary development.
- Enrich classroom learning with interactive activities such as storytelling, debates, role play, guided reading, and creative writing exercises.
- Utilize diverse instructional methods such as discussions, direct instruction, group work, and independent practice.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs, abilities, and interests of all pupils.
- Assess student performance accurately through observations, written assignments, oral presentations, projects, and standardized assessments.
- Bachelor's Degree in English, English Education, or a closely related field.
- Valid teaching certification and license to practice in Nigeria.
- Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience teaching the British Curriculum.
- High proficiency in the use of interactive smart boards and modern digital learning tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
