About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Head of Quality Control / Data Forensics to join our growing operations in Nigeria. In this critical leadership role, you will champion data integrity, drive process compliance, and lead a talented team of quality control professionals to ensure the highest standards of market research execution.
Key Responsibilities- Manage resource planning, job assignments, and task distribution to optimize team productivity and project workflows.
- Provide technical and administrative support to the Operations Director regarding budget rationalization, expense reconciliation, and staff planning.
- Ensure strict compliance and sign-off for all operating procedures, ISO standards, and data validation protocols.
- Conduct performance appraisals and spearhead career development programs for the Quality Control and data forensics teams.
- Monitor data validation processes across field and office operations with a zero-tolerance approach to errors.
- Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) in a relevant discipline; professional certifications in data management or analytics are a strong plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in data forensics and quality control across both field and office environments.
- At least 4 years of experience in a QC supervisory or leadership role, with a minimum of 5 years specifically in retail audit.
- Advanced proficiency in analytical tools, including SPSS, Excel VBA, Power BI, Tableau, and GIS for boundary controls.
- Proven expertise in data restructuring, file conversion, automated reporting, and multi-country project execution.
