Key Responsibilities- Assist in the development of robust business cases and cost-benefit analyses.
- Gather, analyze, manage, and clearly communicate comprehensive business requirements.
- Translate and simplify complex requirements for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Apply effective modeling techniques and methods to align project deliverables with client briefs.
- Collaborate seamlessly within project teams to ensure successful system delivery.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and articulate communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Travel as required to meet with clients and support on-site implementations.
- Minimum of 4 years of proven professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, with a strong preference for Social Sciences.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and technical writing skills.
- Proactive, client-facing attitude with strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.
