About the Role
Elizabeth Maddeux Limited is recruiting a strategic and results-driven Head of Projects to lead our construction division. In this executive leadership role, you will hold full accountability for project delivery, cost control, quality assurance, timelines, and profitability across all infrastructure initiatives. You will spearhead high-impact government and institutional projects, ensuring seamless execution from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Provide overarching strategic and executive leadership for all construction and infrastructure projects.
- Manage end-to-end project and program delivery, ensuring adherence to strict timelines and quality standards.
- Oversee commercial and cost management operations, leveraging strong quantity surveying expertise.
- Lead complex competitive tendering, bidding processes, and government procurement activities.
- Drive contract negotiations, procurement strategies, and vendor management.
- Enforce stringent quality, health, safety, and regulatory compliance protocols across all sites.
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- An MBA or relevant Master's Degree is a strong advantage.
- Mandatory professional certifications including PMP, NIQS, and COREN.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with at least 3 to 4 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, multi-billion-naira construction projects.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience dealing with government and executive-level partners.
