About the Role
Renmoney is looking for a dynamic and visionary Head of Product - B2C to own the strategic direction of our retail product ecosystem in Lagos, Nigeria. In this executive role, you will drive product innovation, profitability, and customer adoption across our core lending, savings, investments, insurance, and remittance offerings, ensuring our solutions remain competitive and compliant in Nigeria's fast-evolving financial landscape.
Key Responsibilities- Define and deliver the comprehensive B2C ecosystem product strategy, balancing growth, profitability, and risk management.
- Translate market opportunities into scalable product roadmaps across lending, banking services, insurance, and lifestyle solutions.
- Lead the design and rollout of customer-centric products tailored specifically to the Nigerian retail market segments.
- Champion data analytics, customer feedback, and AI-driven automation to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with fintechs, telcos, and payment providers to expand embedded finance opportunities.
- Partner closely with Risk, Finance, and Engineering to optimize pricing, yields, capital allocation, and P&L impact.
- Over 10 years of product leadership experience, including Head of Product, VP of Product, or CPO roles within fintech or financial services.
- Proven track record of scaling consumer-facing financial products and ecosystems beyond basic lending.
- Deep expertise in Nigeria's financial landscape, regulatory environment, and consumer behavior.
- Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated ability to link product outcomes directly to P&L metrics like CAC, LTV, and NPS.
- Advanced degree in a related field is an advantage.
