About the Role
Airtel Africa is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Key Account Manager to join our corporate sales team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for acquiring and retaining high-value corporate customers, driving revenue growth, and expanding our market presence across key enterprise sectors. Key Responsibilities- Implement robust acquisition and retention strategies for prospective and existing enterprise accounts within your assigned sector.
- Conduct regular corporate visits (minimum of 5 daily) to pitch Airtel enterprise products, including E1 PRI, Data Centre Services, and Smart Advertising.
- Develop symbiotic sponsorship relationships and deliver high-impact product presentations to drive sales and revenue.
- Manage customer databases, update the top 20 accounts KPI dashboard weekly, and monitor competitor activities to deploy pre-emptive counter-measures.
- Act as the primary point of contact for daily customer inquiries, resolving concerns promptly in collaboration with internal support teams.
- Ensure timely bill delivery, debt portfolio reduction, and payment collections while preventing service churn.
- Submit comprehensive weekly and monthly reports detailing sales initiatives, prospects, challenges, and collection statuses.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8 to 10 years of professional experience in key account management, preferably within the telecommunications, FMCG, or consumables industries.
- Demonstrated expertise in B2B sales, relationship management, and market analysis.
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and strong analytical thinking capabilities.
