About the Role
Triumph Power and Gas Systems Limited is a premier energy service company delivering innovative solutions across the power, oil and gas, and industrial sectors. Headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria, and globally allied with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), we are seeking an accomplished Head of Operations Delivery to lead our Operations & Maintenance (O&M), service agreements, and project execution. You will hold direct accountability for P&L, revenue growth, profit margins, and high-level client relationships while driving operational resilience and industry leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Lead comprehensive operations teams in executing O&M contracts and maintenance projects, overseeing site safety, staffing, inventory, and contractor performance.
- Direct commercial tender packages, vendor evaluations, contract awards, and technical pricing strategies to secure lucrative service agreements.
- Maintain full financial and project governance accountability for operational budgets, risk management, and profit margins.
- Align operational objectives with overarching corporate strategy by implementing standardized execution frameworks and best practices.
- Manage strategic relationships with clients, global partners, regulatory bodies, and coordinate OEM technical training programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline; a Master's degree is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience within the Oil & Gas and Power sectors, with at least 5 years in a senior executive leadership role.
- Demonstrated expertise in O&M and T&M contracts, rotating equipment such as compressors, turbines, and pumps, plus proficiency in ERP systems like SAP B1 and CMMS.
