About the Role
Are you a seasoned operations professional looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment? Our client, a premier BPO and ITES provider, is seeking a results-driven Head of Operations to oversee daily activities from our Lagos Mainland operations. In this vital leadership role, you will serve as the primary interface between the Chief Operating Officer and various department teams, ensuring operational directives are seamlessly executed, performance targets are met, and bottlenecks are swiftly eliminated.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the daily execution of operational plans across multiple departments including HR, Finance, IT, and Customer Service.
- Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guarantee maximum efficiency and process compliance.
- Build, maintain, and monitor daily dashboards tracking key performance indicators such as TAT, error rates, and staff productivity.
- Address first-level staff performance gaps, resolve operational bottlenecks proactively, and hold team leads accountable.
- Coordinate workflows and handoffs between departments to maintain a smooth, highly productive organizational rhythm.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of professional experience in operations, with at least 2 years in a senior supervisory or team lead capacity.
- Exceptional proficiency in data collection, KPI tracking, and advanced MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Demonstrated ability to enforce accountability, manage multiple workflows, and drive results independently.
