About the Role
Alaro City, a premier mixed-income, city-scale development featuring commercial, industrial, residential, and recreational spaces, is looking for a dynamic Head of Marketing to drive our brand vision and growth across West Africa. In this pivotal role, you will lead the marketing and communications strategy, manage regional teams in Nigeria and Ghana, and oversee impactful campaigns that generate leads and support sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Define, execute, and evaluate comprehensive marketing and communications strategies for West African projects and target markets.
- Manage and scale Rendeavour's marcoms teams in Nigeria and Ghana to achieve key performance indicators.
- Implement diverse initiatives including events, digital media, advertising, and PR to drive customer engagement and lead generation.
- Manage social media channels, brand assets, and content creation across earned, owned, and paid media platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key media, stakeholders, agents, brokers, and industry partners.
- Oversee crisis communications, brand perception analysis, and thought leadership programs.
- Ensure cost-efficient execution of budgets, track ROI, and utilize Salesforce CRM for campaign tracking and lead management.
- 10 to 15 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, corporate communications, advertising, and event management.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills with professional, journalist-grade English proficiency.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience within reputable organizations.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing technologies, data utilization, and multi-channel communication processes.
- Prior exposure to emerging or frontier markets; international brand experience is highly desirable.
