Key Responsibilities- Attend to and maintain existing customers assigned upon resumption, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships to foster high customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to acquire new customers and expand market reach.
- Support the overall growth, brand visibility, and market penetration of the company through effective marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with company goals.
- Bachelor's degree (BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of proven marketing or customer relationship management experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong active listening abilities.
- Demonstrated capacity to manage, retain, and grow client accounts successfully.
