About the Role
De Santiago Milan Hotel and Suites is a top-class luxury hotel renowned for its elegance, glamour, and superior hospitality services tailored for corporate, business, and leisure travelers. We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Head of IT to lead our technology function as a strategic business partner. In this executive role, you will align technology with our corporate goals, drive digital transformation, ensure robust cybersecurity, and deliver scalable digital solutions that enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency across our enterprise.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with corporate priorities to drive operational performance and revenue growth.
- Oversee enterprise-wide infrastructure, ensuring 99.9% uptime for mission-critical systems, servers, networks, and hospitality applications.
- Implement robust cybersecurity frameworks, conduct regular vulnerability assessments, and ensure strict compliance with data protection regulations such as NDPR.
- Manage the lifecycle of enterprise applications, driving seamless system integration, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives, embedding modern technologies to optimize guest services and internal workflows.
- Manage IT helpdesk operations, enforcing service level agreements (SLAs) and promoting a customer-centric support culture.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering continuous learning, technical excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Incorporate Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) principles into IT operations, promoting sustainable practices like energy-efficient hardware and e-waste management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is a strong advantage.
- 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in IT leadership, preferably within hospitality, corporate services, or fast-paced business environments.
- Professional certifications such as CISM, CISSP, ITIL, PMP, or CCNP are highly desirable.
- Proven expertise in IT governance, enterprise architecture, risk management, and financial budgeting.
