About the Role

We are currently seeking an accomplished Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our organization's technology strategy, digital transformation, and execution. In this executive leadership role, you will play a pivotal part in building a scalable technology function, driving product innovation, and propelling our business toward a robust platform model.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the comprehensive technology strategy aligned with Strivo Labs' overall business objectives and growth goals.
- Lead the organizational transformation into a highly scalable, secure, and customer-focused digital platform.
- Oversee engineering, product development, infrastructure, and data teams, fostering a high-performance culture of ownership and timely delivery.
- Partner with the executive leadership team to translate business objectives into clear technology roadmaps and robust execution plans.
- Strengthen overall system architecture, cybersecurity protocols, data infrastructure, and third-party API integrations.
- Manage technology budgets, resources, vendor relationships, and regulatory compliance standards effectively.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Significant executive experience in a CTO, VP of Technology, or senior technology leadership role within fintech, digital platforms, or lending.
- Proven track record of driving large-scale technology transformations and successfully delivering complex digital products.
- Deep expertise in modern software architecture, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, data infrastructure, and agile engineering practices.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and executive communication skills with strong business acumen.
