About the Role
PZ Cussons Nigeria Plc, a multinational leader in consumer goods, is looking for a dynamic and visionary Head of Inbound & Logistics to drive the performance, strategy, and transformation of our nationwide logistics network. From Imperial Leather and Cussons Baby to Morning Fresh and Thermocool, our products reach millions of Nigerian homes daily. In this critical leadership role based in Nigeria, you will oversee customer service, warehousing, transportation, and distribution, ensuring seamless operations across a fast-paced, complex environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive logistics strategies that boost service levels, enhance operational efficiency, and fuel business growth.
- Drive excellence across nationwide transportation, warehousing, and distribution networks to guarantee safe, reliable, and cost-effective product delivery.
- Enhance order fulfillment and inventory flows to maximize customer satisfaction and build resilient supply chain operations.
- Forge and maintain strategic partnerships with third-party logistics providers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Mentor, inspire, and develop a high-performing team of supply chain and logistics professionals across multiple sites.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Economics, Pure Sciences, or a related field.
- 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in end-to-end supply chain, logistics, transportation, and warehousing operations.
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale, multi-site logistics networks and leading cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in enterprise resource planning and warehouse management systems such as SAP.
- Relevant postgraduate degrees or professional supply chain certifications will be an added advantage.
