About the Role
Amaiden Energy Nigeria Limited is a premier provider of outsourcing, technical staffing, and consultancy services to the Nigerian oil and gas industry. We are currently looking for an experienced and visionary Head of Human Resources to lead our human resources department. In this critical leadership role, you will shape our people agenda, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure our workforce strategies directly support our long-term business objectives in compliance with global best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with overall business goals and industry standards.
- Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
- Lead employee relations, ensuring fair resolution of grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflicts.
- Manage performance management systems, learning and development programs, and compensation structures.
- Ensure strict compliance with Nigerian labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Provide strategic HR advisory support to senior leadership and department heads on organizational development and change management.
- Manage the HR budget, monitor workforce metrics, and lead the internal HR team to deliver exceptional service.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Nigerian employment laws and modern HR systems (HRIS).
