About the Role
Lagos Executive Cardiovascular Centre (LECC) is a premier multidisciplinary cardiovascular and cardiac rehabilitation facility committed to excellence in patient care and clinical outcomes. We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Head of Housekeeping and Hospitality to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and patient-centered hospitality across our modern medical facility.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily cleaning and housekeeping operations across patient rooms, surgical theatres, offices, waiting areas, and public corridors.
- Develop, implement, and enforce strict cleaning schedules, checklists, and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure all housekeeping practices rigorously comply with healthcare hygiene and infection-prevention standards.
- Supervise the proper handling, segregation, and disposal of medical and general waste.
- Manage the inventory, appropriate use, storage, and replenishment of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Collaborate closely with the clinical team to meet all environmental hygiene and safety requirements.
- Supervise, train, and mentor housekeeping and hospitality staff to deliver exceptional service quality.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in housekeeping and hospitality management, preferably within a hospital or healthcare environment.
- In-depth knowledge of infection control, medical waste management, and healthcare sanitation standards.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, supervise, and motivate a diverse team.
