Key Responsibilities- Collect completed food orders from the kitchen efficiently and safely.
- Check all orders thoroughly for accuracy, presentation, and completeness before leaving the kitchen.
- Deliver food promptly and courteously to the correct tables and guests.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and management regarding order statuses or guest requests.
- Clear, clean, and reset tables as needed to maintain a tidy and welcoming dining environment.
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, grooming, and professional workplace conduct.
- Adapt smoothly to high-volume shifts, special events, and peak operational hours.
- Relevant training, knowledge, and practical experience in restaurant, hotel, catering, or hospitality operations.
- Demonstrated experience working in a busy commercial kitchen, restaurant, or lounge environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
