About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Hospital (Centre Manager) to oversee the overall performance, efficiency, and compliance of our healthcare facility in Nigeria. In this pivotal leadership role, you will serve as the single point of accountability for revenue generation, operational excellence, regulatory adherence, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring our facility operates profitably and to the highest clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive and deliver monthly revenue and patient volume targets through strategic oversight of clinical and administrative services.
  • Manage day-to-day facility operations to guarantee smooth service delivery, optimal staff scheduling, and minimal downtime.
  • Ensure strict adherence to healthcare regulations, maintaining valid licenses and preparing the facility for internal and external compliance audits.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with group functions, acting as the local point person for growth initiatives, HR administration, and financial discipline.
  • Oversee inventory management for pharmacy and medical consumables, partnering with procurement to prevent stockouts and eliminate wastage.
  • Maintain high standards of patient experience and resolve any operational bottlenecks affecting clinical quality.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, Medicine, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressive healthcare management or hospital administration experience, preferably within the Nigerian healthcare sector.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, budget management, and operational efficiency in a medical facility.
  • In-depth knowledge of Nigerian healthcare regulatory standards, licensing requirements, and compliance protocols.
  • Exceptional leadership, cross-functional coordination, and interpersonal skills with strong financial acumen.
