About the Role
Global Rainbowbird Partners is seeking a smart, energetic, and commercially minded Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, engage customers, and drive sales for our vibrant restaurant and bar. In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our establishment, ensuring seamless service delivery, maintaining high standards of hospitality, and implementing innovative strategies to boost business growth and profitability in a fast-paced Nigerian hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily restaurant and bar operations to ensure exceptional service delivery and efficiency.
- Drive sales growth through proactive commercial strategies and targeted promotions.
- Engage with customers actively to gather feedback, resolve issues, and build lasting relationships.
- Leverage social media platforms effectively for business promotion, brand visibility, and customer outreach.
- Manage, supervise, and mentor staff to foster a positive, productive, and disciplined work culture.
- Keep accurate, up-to-date records of daily business activities, inventory, and sales performance.
- Minimum of an OND qualification in a relevant field.
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in restaurant, bar, or hospitality operations management.
- Strong business acumen with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue and meet targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer engagement skills.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms for business marketing and promotion.
- Good and polite spoken and written English communication skills.
- Proactive, smart, and capable of working under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from N100,000 to N200,000, determined by ability and sales performance.
