In this strategic leadership role, you will spearhead our financial operations, optimize our capital structure, and drive sustainable business growth through expert financial management and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive financing strategies, encompassing capital raising, debt and equity structuring, and capital optimization.
- Oversee robust treasury management, liquidity planning, and the cultivation of strategic relationships with banks, investors, and other financial institutions.
- Ensure stringent financial governance, comprehensive risk management, and full regulatory compliance across all financial operations.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to formulate innovative business solutions and financial models that enhance organizational performance and acceleration.
- Monitor macroeconomic trends and market conditions in Nigeria to identify new funding opportunities and mitigate financial risks.
- A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, investment banking, treasury, or a related field, with significant senior leadership exposure.
- Proven, demonstrated success in structuring and executing complex financing transactions within the financial or corporate sector.
- Possession of relevant professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CFA is strictly required.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with a strong network of financial institutions and investors.
