About the Role

We are currently looking for a talented and detail-oriented Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our financial reporting, daily accounting operations, and statutory compliance, helping us drive transgenerational wealth for our clients through transparent real estate investments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, balance sheets, and income statements.
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve any financial discrepancies promptly.
  • Handle tax computations and ensure full compliance with statutory regulations and filings in Nigeria.
  • Assist with budget preparation, expense tracking, and internal financial audits.
  • Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions and securely archive records.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 to 4 years of professional accounting experience, preferably within the real estate or property development sector.
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Nigerian tax laws, statutory compliance, and financial reporting standards.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with high attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Integrity, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
