Led by Principal Consultant Mazi Collins Ugochukwu Nwangwu, we deliver tailored, hands-on interventions that transform underperforming assets and scale high-growth hospitality brands. We are currently seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Engineering to spearhead our technical infrastructure and drive innovation across our expanding portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of all engineering systems and technical infrastructure across client properties.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and operational teams to align engineering strategies with overarching business goals.
- Manage engineering budgets, vendor relationships, and resource allocation to ensure cost-efficiency and high performance.
- Ensure full compliance with Nigerian health, safety, and environmental regulations across all operational sites.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by introducing sustainable technologies and preventive maintenance protocols.
- Mentor, lead, and evaluate multidisciplinary engineering teams to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of progressive engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in the hospitality, real estate, or large-scale facility management sectors within Nigeria.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex interventions simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication abilities.
- Professional certification (e.g., COREN, NSE) is a strong advantage.
