About the Role

Led by Principal Consultant Mazi Collins Ugochukwu Nwangwu, we are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team and uphold our high standards of property care.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine preventive maintenance on hotel facilities, equipment, and guest rooms to ensure seamless operations.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry issues promptly and efficiently.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify safety hazards, maintenance needs, and areas requiring repair.
- Respond promptly to maintenance service requests from guests and internal departments with a high level of professionalism.
- Maintain accurate logs of all maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of spare parts and tools.
- Relevant trade certification, diploma, or degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven hands-on experience in facility maintenance, preferably within the hospitality or real estate sector.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and practical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general carpentry works.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle emergency maintenance situations calmly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills suited for a client-facing hospitality environment in Lagos.
