About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and confident Head of Engineering to lead our technical function, drive strategic execution, and foster a culture of high performance and accountability.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and manage high-performing engineering teams across multiple projects and products.
- Own end-to-end technical delivery, establishing rigorous standards for code quality, architecture, and security.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and product teams to translate business goals into scalable technology solutions.
- Challenge unrealistic timelines or technical decisions constructively while maintaining clear accountability across the team.
- Oversee cloud infrastructure, DevOps, system reliability, and compliance with fintech and data protection regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with a strong background in engineering leadership and project ownership.
- Deep technical expertise in software architecture, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
- Prior experience in fintech, banking, or other highly regulated technology environments is highly desirable.
