Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage comprehensive engineering strategies for ongoing and upcoming construction projects.
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate internal and external engineering teams across Civil, Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical disciplines.
- Develop and maintain project Master Design Registers while managing engineering deliverables, manhours, and design schedules.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities and support procurement through timely deliverables.
- Provide innovative engineering solutions for critical project activities and lead value engineering initiatives for cost optimization.
- Manage client engineering stakeholders effectively and conduct regular site visits for data collection and project feedback.
- Develop engineering plans and identify team training needs to foster continuous professional growth.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, with a preference for Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Mandatory COREN Registration.
- Minimum of 15 years of engineering experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong hands-on engineering design experience and proficiency in relevant design tools.
- Project Management certification and Oil & Gas engineering experience are distinct advantages.
