About the Role
Dynasty Africa is a leading Full-Service Creative & Marketing Agency empowering brands with powerful, insight-driven creative solutions. We are currently seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Business (General Manager) to join our executive team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this critical leadership role, you will function as a Chief Commercial Officer, owning all revenue-driving functions and steering our agency toward sustainable financial success and market dominance.
Key Responsibilities- Own the company P&L, revenue targets, and comprehensive annual and quarterly commercial planning.
- Set strategic commercial priorities across sales, client service, and delivery teams, ensuring accountability for revenue goals.
- Build, nurture, and maintain high-level relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and media platforms.
- Identify and develop innovative revenue streams and market opportunities across advertising, creative, influencer, and social marketing.
- Manage and optimize the performance of Client Partnership, Account Management, Influencer Marketing, and Comms departments.
- Represent Dynasty Africa externally in high-stakes negotiations, strategic partnerships, and major industry forums.
- Deliver comprehensive business performance reports, risk assessments, and growth forecasts to the CEO and board.
- Minimum of 8 years of executive experience in a senior commercial or general management role within marketing, media, or creative agencies.
- Proven, verifiable track record of successfully owning P&L responsibility and aggressive revenue targets.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing department-level performance across cross-functional commercial teams.
- Deep, up-to-date understanding of the Nigerian and global creator economy, influencer marketing, and social media landscapes.
- Exceptional negotiation, stakeholder management, and executive-level communication skills.
- Data-driven decision-maker with advanced proficiency in commercial forecasting, financial reporting, and market analysis.
