Key Responsibilities- Greet customers warmly and provide information about our menu items, including crispy chicken, fish fillets, and special food bowls.
- Operate the cash register, process cash and card payments accurately, and issue receipts.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure checkout area at all times.
- Reconcile cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift and report any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to ensure prompt order processing and delivery.
- Minimum of OND, SSCE, or relevant qualification in a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Cashier or in a customer service role, preferably within the food and hospitality industry.
- Basic math skills and high attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to operate POS terminals and handle transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
