We are currently seeking an experienced, results-driven, and strategic Head of Admin, Fleet & Facilities to oversee our vital operational support services and drive organizational efficiency across all locations in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement robust operational strategies to improve organizational efficiency, productivity, and service delivery.
- Oversee the comprehensive management, maintenance, utilization, and tracking of the company's large fleet of vehicles and equipment.
- Ensure all company vehicles strictly comply with regulatory requirements, insurance policies, licensing, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Lead the planning, maintenance, security, and overall administration of company facilities, offices, and operational assets.
- Develop, manage, and monitor departmental budgets for operations, fleet, and facilities to ensure optimal cost-efficiency and resource allocation.
- Implement and enforce strict workplace safety standards, health regulations, and security protocols across all company premises.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate service level agreements, and oversee procurement processes for operational supplies and services.
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Estate Management, or a related field.
- A Master Degree or relevant professional certifications will be a distinct added advantage.
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in operations, fleet, and facilities management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of modern fleet management systems, facilities management best practices, and Nigerian regulatory standards.
