About the Role
TeamAce Limited is seeking an experienced Head of Accounts & Finance to lead our financial operations and drive business excellence. In this strategic role, you will oversee all accounting and financial management activities, ensuring accurate reporting, robust financial controls, and compliance with statutory requirements. You'll manage a finance team, leverage ERP systems and analytics to deliver actionable insights, and partner with senior leadership to support business growth and informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all financial reporting, accounting operations, and financial control systems
- Manage accounts reconciliation, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and comprehensive financial planning
- Ensure accurate and timely financial records while maintaining compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Utilize ERP systems and Microsoft Excel to monitor financial data and prepare insightful management reports
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the finance team to deliver high-quality outputs within tight timelines
- Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial management
- Proven experience in FMCG or fast-moving consumer goods industry (preferred)
- Advanced proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Strong financial analysis, reporting, and accounting expertise
- Demonstrated leadership capability in managing high-performing teams
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with excellent attention to detail
