We are currently seeking a dynamic and skilled professional to lead our middleware operations and ensure seamless system integrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer, configure, monitor, and maintain enterprise middleware platforms and integration environments to ensure optimal performance and high availability.
  • Proactively monitor middleware services, APIs, and message queues to quickly identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
  • Troubleshoot integration failures and system errors, conducting thorough root-cause analysis and implementing preventive measures.
  • Support the deployment, configuration, upgrades, patching, and migration of middleware across development, testing, and production environments.
  • Manage complex integrations between internal applications, external systems, financial institutions, and third-party service providers.
  • Implement and maintain robust middleware security configurations, access controls, certificates, and authentication mechanisms.
  • Collaborate closely with development, infrastructure, database, and security teams to deliver reliable integration solutions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 5 to 8 years of relevant professional experience in middleware administration, application integration, or platform engineering.
  • Demonstrated experience working within a financial services, fintech, banking, or telecommunications environment.
  • Strong familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, version control, and automated deployment processes.
  • Relevant professional certifications in middleware, cloud platforms, or systems administration will be an added advantage.
