About the Role

Since 2007, we have set industry standards as official partners to CIPM and technical consultants to NECA. We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Finance to join our team in Warri.
Key Responsibilities- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and comprehensive management reporting.
- Ensure accurate, timely financial statements in full compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Establish, maintain, and monitor robust internal financial controls while supporting internal and external audits.
- Oversee treasury operations, cash flow management, payables, receivables, and the complete revenue cycle.
- Ensure strict compliance with all Nigerian tax laws and statutory financial obligations.
- Advise executive management on financial performance, strategic risks, and long-term business sustainability.
- Lead, mentor, supervise, and develop the internal finance and accounting team.
- Support procurement processes and ensure rigorous contract financial governance.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Successful completion of the mandatory NYSC program or possession of a valid exemption certificate.
- Substantial and progressive experience in financial management and accounting, ideally at a senior level.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading a finance function, managing financial reporting, and implementing internal controls.
- Strong working knowledge of audit processes, budgetary controls, and treasury management.
