About the Role

We are currently seeking a diligent and skilled Account and Finance Officer to strengthen our finance team and support our ongoing business expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Handle comprehensive inventory management, tracking, and reconciliation processes
- Prepare accurate invoices and manage end-to-end billing cycles
- Maintain meticulous financial and accounting records in compliance with regulatory standards
- Carry out regular account reconciliation and generate detailed financial reports
- Provide comprehensive weekly updates and aging reports on receivables and payables
- Support general accounting, auditing, and administrative functions across departments
- Ensure proper documentation, data security, and systemic record keeping
- Minimum of 4 years of proven professional experience in accounting or finance roles
- Demonstrated experience using modern accounting software is a distinct added advantage
- Thorough working knowledge of general accounting principles, standards, and financial reporting
- Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and high accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other essential productivity tools
