Key Responsibilities- Lead comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and detailed management reporting.
- Ensure the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in full compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Establish, maintain, and monitor robust internal financial controls while proactively supporting both internal and external audits.
- Oversee treasury management, cash flow optimization, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the overall revenue cycle.
- Ensure complete compliance with all Nigerian tax laws and statutory financial obligations.
- Provide strategic financial advice to executive management regarding performance, financial risks, and long-term sustainability.
- Lead, mentor, supervise, and develop the internal finance team to foster high performance.
- Support procurement processes and maintain rigorous contract financial governance.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Mandatory completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program or possession of a valid exemption certificate.
- Substantial senior-level experience in financial management, accounting, and leading a finance function.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, regulatory compliance, audit management, and treasury operations.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycles and managed-care billing is a distinct advantage.
