Key Responsibilities- Accurately handle customer deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, money transfers, and bill payments.
- Balance cash drawers daily and reconcile any discrepancies in accordance with banking guidelines.
- Actively recommend and cross-sell bank products and services, such as savings accounts and credit cards, to meet branch targets.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information regarding banking products.
- Adhere strictly to regulatory requirements, compliance policies, and security protocols to prevent fraud and minimize operational losses.
- Oversee ATM transactions and ensure proper cash replenishment as required.
- Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in a relevant discipline with a grade of Upper Credit only.
- Maximum age of 27 years old.
- Previous experience in cash handling, retail sales, or customer service environments.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and high attention to detail.
