About the Role
Bheerhugz Café is a stylish and vibrant lounge known for providing top-notch dining, social, and corporate experiences in Lagos. Since our establishment in Ikeja City Mall and our expansion to Adeniran Ogunsanya Shopping Mall in Surulere, we have maintained a reputation for excellence in hospitality. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Accountant to join our finance team and support our ongoing business growth in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate daily financial records, general ledgers, and accounts.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations efficiently.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements, operational budgets, and periodic management reports.
- Monitor cash flow, operating expenses, and ensure optimal financial resource management.
- Ensure complete tax compliance and strict adherence to relevant Nigerian financial regulations.
- Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Proven relevant accounting experience, preferably within the hospitality, retail, or service sector.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and modern accounting software applications.
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- ICAN or ACCA qualification, or active part-qualification, will be a strong added advantage.
