About the Role
Dragnet Solutions is a dynamic Information Technology company specializing in innovative people screening and objective recruitment solutions. Since 2007, we have been at the forefront of creating merit-driven application management processes that meet international standards. We are currently looking for a strategic and results-driven Head, Finance to oversee our financial operations and ensure long-term sustainability.
Key Responsibilities- Lead comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and detailed management reporting.
- Ensure the delivery of accurate, timely financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards.
- Establish, maintain, and monitor robust internal financial controls while supporting internal and external audits.
- Oversee treasury functions, cash flow optimization, payables, receivables, and overall revenue cycle management.
- Guarantee full compliance with corporate tax laws and statutory financial obligations across Nigerian jurisdictions.
- Provide strategic financial advice to executive management regarding performance, risk management, and business sustainability.
- Lead, mentor, supervise, and actively develop the internal finance team to achieve departmental excellence.
- Support procurement processes and maintain stringent contract financial governance.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a closely related discipline.
- Mandatory completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) or possession of a valid exemption certificate.
- Demonstrated substantial experience in financial management and accounting, specifically at a senior leadership level.
- Proven track record of leading a finance function, directing financial reporting, and managing internal controls.
- Strong expertise in audit management, budgeting, treasury, and statutory compliance.
