Key Responsibilities- Lead comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic management reporting.
- Ensure the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Establish, maintain, and monitor robust internal financial controls while supporting internal and external audits.
- Oversee treasury operations, cash flow management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the complete revenue cycle.
- Ensure full compliance with Nigerian tax laws and all other statutory financial obligations.
- Advise executive management on financial performance, risk management, and long-term business sustainability.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve high performance and professional growth.
- Support procurement processes and ensure strict financial governance across all company contracts.
- Bachelor degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Mandatory completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) or possession of a valid exemption certificate.
- Substantial senior-level experience in financial management, accounting, budgeting, and treasury operations.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading a finance function, managing complex financial reporting, and enforcing internal controls.
- Strong working knowledge of healthcare revenue cycles and managed-care billing systems is an added advantage.
