About the Role
Nextzon Business Services Limited, a premier management consulting and enterprise development company, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Head, Field Operations - APA to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this strategic role, you will lead and scale our nationwide field operations, driving Retirement Savings Account (RSA) acquisition, retail market expansion, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. Reporting directly to the General Manager, APA, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our market presence, managing large dispersed teams, and delivering sustainable business growth through flawless field execution.
Key Responsibilities- Provide visionary strategic leadership for all nationwide field operations to achieve aggressive RSA acquisition and retail market expansion targets.
- Oversee, mentor, and manage large, geographically dispersed field teams to optimize productivity and performance.
- Strengthen key stakeholder relationships and ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance standards, particularly within the financial and pensions sector.
- Drive operational excellence by streamlining field processes, implementing robust performance management frameworks, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with executive management to formulate and execute innovative field strategies that capture emerging market opportunities across Nigeria.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related discipline; an MBA or Master's degree is a distinct advantage.
- 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in field operations, sales management, business development, pensions, banking, insurance, fintech, or FMCG.
- Minimum of 5 years spent successfully leading large, geographically dispersed field teams in the Nigerian market.
- Demonstrated track record of driving phenomenal retail market expansion, delivering business growth, and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
- In-depth knowledge of the Nigerian pension industry and PenCom regulatory requirements will be a strong added advantage.
