Key Responsibilities- Perform thorough cleaning duties across all assigned areas, including guest rooms, lounges, and public spaces, adhering strictly to company standards.
- Ensure all surfaces, furnishings, and fixtures are impeccably dusted, polished, and sanitized daily.
- Manage waste disposal, laundry handling, and replenishment of guest amenities efficiently.
- Identify and report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards promptly to management.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing guest requests politely and professionally when encountered on the property.
- Strong work ethic and proven dedication to maintaining professional excellence.
- Ability to thrive and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Excellent customer service mindset with a polite and approachable demeanor.
- Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience within a hotel, luxury apartment, or hospitality setting is a distinct advantage.
