About the Role
The Federal University of Allied Health Sciences, Enugu (FUAHSE) was established on March 14, 2024, with the mandate to improve the healthcare needs of Nigerians and increase the manpower output in the sector. Evolving from the former Federal College of Dental Technology and Therapy, the university now features six faculties and 17 departments. We are currently seeking a dynamic and reliable Head Field Attendant to lead our field operations, ensuring seamless logistics, maintenance, and support for our campus activities and research facilities in Enugu, Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of field attendants and support staff across university grounds and facilities.
- Ensure proper maintenance, handling, and storage of field equipment, tools, and materials.
- Collaborate with university administration to plan and execute logistics for campus events, research projects, and facility maintenance.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards across all operational zones.
- Resolve operational challenges on the ground promptly and efficiently to minimize disruptions.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on field activities, resource utilization, and staff performance to management.
- Possess relevant academic or professional qualifications from a recognized institution.
- Demonstrated experience in supervising field operations, facilities management, or a similar operational role.
- Strong leadership capabilities with proven competence, high integrity, and excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and liaise with university departments.
