About the Role
Danfaith Builders Limited is a trusted real estate development company based in Abuja, dedicated to helping individuals and families secure prime land in well-planned, secure, and thriving estates. We are currently looking for passionate, result-oriented, and ambitious Realtors and Marketers to join our dynamic sales and marketing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our market presence, connecting prospective buyers with exceptional property investment opportunities, and driving revenue growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and generate new real estate leads through networking, cold calling, social media, and field marketing.
- Schedule and conduct property inspections and site tours for prospective clients in Abuja.
- Present and promote available land and estate packages to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Guide clients through the entire purchasing process, from initial inquiry to documentation and closing.
- Stay up-to-date with current real estate market trends, competitor activities, and pricing in Abuja.
- Represent Danfaith Builders Limited professionally at industry events, property fairs, and networking functions.
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a real estate marketer, sales representative, or similar commercial role is an added advantage.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong self-motivation with a target-driven mindset and a proven ability to work independently.
- Good knowledge of the Abuja real estate market and property landscape.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and social media platforms for lead generation.
