About the Role
SPIE Oil & Gas Services, a major player in upstream exploration, offshore/onshore production, and downstream refining, is seeking an experienced Head of Estate Services. With over 40 years of industry excellence, we are known as "Expert Hands" for our technical expertise and commitment to operational integrity across asset lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement estate services policies, procedures and standards aligned with corporate objectives and international best practices
- Lead annual budget formulation, performance monitoring and resource optimization across all service areas
- Establish and monitor KPIs driving continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Plan and execute all corporate events in Lagos, ensuring flawless delivery that upholds company reputation and brand standards
- Manage workplace environment through coordination of cleaning, gardening, catering, equipment and facility services
- Oversee mail room operations, courier services and stationery stores for efficient service delivery
- Establish Service Level Agreements with vendors, conduct performance reviews and implement corrective actions
- Champion HSE culture within Estate Services function with systematic risk assessments and compliance monitoring
- Develop team capabilities through coaching, training and structured development programs
- University degree (HND/BSc) in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management or related field
- Minimum 10 years' experience in corporate services, hospitality, facilities or event management in multinational organizations
- At least 3 years in a supervisory role with demonstrated event management expertise
- Strong financial acumen in budget management, cost control and procurement
- Proven vendor management capabilities and track record
- Excellent communication skills with senior executives and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and facility/event management systems
- Knowledge of food safety standards and HSE compliance
