About the Role
Hope Payment Service Bank Limited (Hope PSBank), Nigeria's premier digital-first bank, is seeking a visionary and results-driven Head of Enterprise Risk Management to lead our strategic initiatives and governance frameworks. In this pivotal role, you will advise executive management, oversee strategic projects, and drive sustainable growth across our digital banking ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the formulation, execution, and continuous refinement of corporate strategy and risk frameworks aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to executive management by providing data-driven insights, scenario analysis, and recommendations.
- Conduct advanced market, industry, competitor, and macroeconomic analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential threats.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation, and cost-optimization initiatives tied to long-term strategic objectives.
- Manage strategic projects and programs, ensuring effective project planning, prioritization, risk management, and performance monitoring.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering capability development and knowledge transfer within the department.
- Minimum of a university degree or HND in Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline from a reputable institution.
- An MBA or Master's degree in a related field is a distinct advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, preferably within the Nigerian financial services or banking sector.
- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools including Advanced Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
