We are seeking a strategic and accomplished commercial leader to shape the next chapter of Customer Experience & Client Success. In this senior executive role, you will own the end-to-end journey and retention of our most valuable High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), large corporates, and institutional accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Own the complete lifecycle and strategic experience for all HNI, corporate, and institutional client accounts.
- Protect revenue, drive high retention rates, and mitigate customer churn through proactive engagement frameworks.
- Build and implement advanced customer health scoring systems and early-warning intervention models.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing Customer Experience and Client Success team.
- Collaborate closely with product, compliance, and transaction operations teams to optimize service delivery.
- 12 to 15+ years of robust experience in Private Banking, Corporate Banking, Transaction Banking, Payments, or Digital Financial Services.
- Demonstrated success in managing and growing significant HNI, corporate, or institutional client portfolios.
- Proven commercial acumen with a strong track record in revenue protection and portfolio growth.
- Exceptional executive-level relationship management skills interacting with CEOs, CFOs, Treasury Heads, and founders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a history of recovering and scaling distressed high-value accounts.
