About the Role

Westfield Energy Resources Limited is a leading integrated energy services and solutions provider operating across the entire upstream Oil & Gas, Power, and Infrastructure value chain in West Africa. We are currently looking for a strategic and dynamic Head Corporate Services to lead our internal support functions, ensure operational excellence, and align corporate services with our overarching business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for Human Resources, Administration & Facilities, and IT/Systems Support units.
  • Develop and implement company-wide HR policies, workforce planning, performance management, talent development, and employee welfare frameworks.
  • Oversee office assets, fleet management, logistics, travel, utilities, security liaison, housekeeping, and workplace safety in collaboration with QHSE.
  • Ensure robust IT operations including network infrastructure, Oracle Fusion ERP, SAGE HR & Payroll, Zoho CRM, Microsoft 365, backups, and cybersecurity tools.
  • Ensure full compliance with Nigerian labour laws, ISO 9001/45001/14001 standards, data protection regulations (NDPR/GDPR), and corporate governance frameworks.
  • Manage comprehensive corporate budgets for HR, IT, and Admin, ensuring optimal cost management and vendor performance.
  • Lead executive reporting cycles, providing insightful dashboards on KPIs, productivity, system availability, and compliance to the Managing Director.
  • Spearhead crisis response and business continuity planning for IT downtimes, facility failures, and security incidents.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is a strong advantage.
  • 10 to 15 years of professional experience spanning HR, Administration, IT, and Corporate Services, with at least 5 years in a senior management role within Oil & Gas, Engineering, or heavy projects.
  • Relevant professional certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, PMP, ITIL, or Oracle ERP/SAGE HR credentials.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing enterprise systems like Oracle Fusion ERP and SAGE HR & Payroll.
  • Exceptional leadership, conflict resolution, strategic planning, negotiation, and corporate governance skills.
